TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices for all packages are dependent on job duties of candidate, not the job title provided by company. Contracted Company agrees to pay DealerStrong as follows: The price of the Bronze Generate Candidates Plan fee is payable in advance for all plans. Clients that choose the Silver Candidate Recommendation Plan or the Gold Complete Plan will pay the remaining balance of the plan the day the hired candidate starts work. (Example a Service Manager Silver plan $895 would be due in advance, with the remaining $1,995 due the day the hire begins work.)

DealerStrong will run all position ads as blind ads unless specifically requested otherwise by Company. Company understands that DealerStrong uses an applicant tracking system and Company acknowledges and agrees to pay DealerStrong for any applicant in the applicant tracking system, as proven by the applicant history, that the Company hires from the point of contract and for 90 days after completion of any efforts of DealerStrong to find candidates for Company.

If Company secures an applicant through a different channel, they should notify DealerStrong within 96 hours of securing them by emailing said applicants resume or application to "jobs2@dealerstrong.com" to exclude them from the DealerStrong applicant process. Any applicants not submitted timely who also applies via a DealerStrong channel, will be considered to be a DealerStrong candidate and Company agrees to make payment if the candidate is hired at that time or within 90 days of the completion of the placement agreement.

Company understands that DealerStrong does not hire, or negotiate with the candidates on behalf of the Company. Company understands and is required to communicate all hiring decisions for placement to DealerStrong within 72 hours of acceptance of an offer and must include name and date of hire of all hires.

Terms of Service Aggreemant*
GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on any candidate plans. However with Gold Complete Plan purchase, DealerStrong guarantees all management placements for a period of 30 days and non-management placements for 7 days.

If a candidate is terminated voluntarily or involuntarily within the guarantee period, Company shall notify DealerStrong within 4 business days, and DealerStrong shall begin the Gold Complete Plan again, at no additional charge, for an additional 45 day period.

If DealerStrong has recommended candidates as a replacement, and 45 days from termination of initial hire have expired and Company has not hired a candidate, DealerStrong will have no further obligation to fill the position at no charge. *
